We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Metabolix products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that this guarantee is applicable only to products purchased directly from Metabolix.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the unused portion of the product securely in its original packaging along with a copy of your invoice and the RA number provided by our customer service team.
  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
